1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The refund request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Certain items, such as hygiene products, personalized items, or digital downloads, are non-refundable.

  2. Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
  3. Ship the product back to us at the address provided in our response.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the item is received.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider (bank, PayPal, etc.), as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at contact.saverty@gmail.com.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we have made an error (wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
